How to use your tier benefits

You can use benefits when you pre-book parking on the app, or online. Just make sure you’re signed in to Strata Club before you start your booking and your benefits will appear during the booking process. You choose which one you want to use.

You'll need to book your airport parking online at least 24 hours before your visit.

You can use benefits at Strata Partner restaurants, bars and cafes at the airport. Open 'My Benefits' from 'My Strata' in the Auckland Airport app, choose a benefit, and present the benefit QR code in the app when you pay for your food or drink. You can use either a benefit or a voucher, but not both at once.
